Texting is always optional. You never have to give us a cell phone number or agree to messages to buy, reserve, schedule a delivery, or file a warranty claim.
How to opt in
There are two ways, and both are entirely your choice:
- Text the word START to (573) 375-9058 from the cell phone you want updates on.
- Check the text-message box on one of our forms — the delivery request, reservation request, product request, warranty claim or contact form. The box is never pre-checked and never required.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and the texts end immediately. Reply HELP and we will send our contact details.
You can also call the store at (573) 353-8511 and ask us to remove your number. Opting out never affects your purchase, delivery, warranty claim or pricing.
