We do not hold items without full payment. No deposits. No partial payments. First come, first served — payment in full is required to reserve any item.
2. Pay for it
Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Cash and Chime are the posted price with no fee. A card is the card price. We take no checks and no money orders.
3. We keep it safe
Once it is paid in full we store it free while you arrange your pick-up or your delivery day, and it is off the floor under your name.
4. Pick it up or take delivery
In-town delivery is $75. Out of town is $75 plus measured mileage from the store holding your machine — miles 1–29 at $1.50 a mile, miles 30–79 at $2.00 a mile, 80+ miles at $3.00 a mile. Haul-away of an old unit is $25 for the first item and $10 each additional.
5. How delivery day goes
All deliveries are curbside drop-off only. Units are placed at your driveway, garage, or front entry. We do not bring units inside, uncrate, connect utilities (water, gas, electrical, or venting), or install.
6. Hook-up is yours
We do not install, hook up, uninstall or do any plumbing, gas or electrical work — bring your own installer and have them test everything before they leave.
