Our appliances come out of the retail supply chain: factory-new stock, open-box and display units, overstock, cancelled orders, customer returns, and scratch & dent. Apex Sales is not a used-appliance dealer — we do not buy appliances secondhand out of households and we do not recondition or rebuild the units we sell. Condition varies unit to unit and is disclosed before purchase.
