Questions

What does this condition mean at Apex?
Open-box includes non-new returns and surplus, including items recorded as Used. A missing condition is treated as open-box, not new.
What warranty comes with this condition?
Every appliance we sell, whatever its condition channel, carries the full manufacturer warranty from the purchase date on the Apex Sales receipt. Apex Sales does not perform warranty repairs; those are handled directly by the brand.
How do you grade the condition?
We show the condition recorded for that item, not an invented letter grade. Check its pictures and notes, and inspect the actual piece at the holding showroom. Ask the team about anything not confirmed.

We do not hold items without full payment. No deposits. No partial payments. First come, first served — payment in full is required to reserve any item.

Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Cash and Chime are the posted price with no fee. A card is the card price. We take no checks and no money orders.

In-town delivery is $75. Out of town is $75 plus measured mileage from the store holding your machine — miles 1–29 at $1.50 a mile, miles 30–79 at $2.00 a mile, 80+ miles at $3.00 a mile. Haul-away of an old unit is $25 for the first item and $10 each additional.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges. Prices are firm and non-negotiable. Sales tax is additional.

Descriptions and specifications on this store are generated automatically from manufacturer and catalog data and can contain errors. The model number and serial on the machine itself are the truth — please confirm anything that matters to you with us before you buy.
